Welcome to the Guesthouse Miki and Ana!
Affordable prices, good location and friendly staff with more than 20 years tradition will make your stay pleasant and safe.
We offer charming accommodations in one of the oldest parts of the Split, a 5 minute walk from the Diocletian's Palace - the heart of the city and not far away main bus station & harbor.

We offer 7 rooms at great locations:

1.& 2.
Two of our double rooms have a balcony overlooking the old town and sea.
The bathroom is shared and it has shower and toilet.

3. & 4.

The other two double rooms with private bathroom are in a little stoned house which is completely renovated this year.
This rooms are completed with private bathroom and little kitchen and are fancy decorated.

5 & 6 & 7. Three of our rooms are in a traditional stoned house at the other address, also in center.
This house consist of 3 rooms, two bathrooms and a big kitchen with a dining space.

We provide :
* All the necessary FREE info and maps to navigate the City
and optimize your time ( and your money, too ) ;
* FREE pick up service from the main bus station
or the ferry port ;
* FREE welcome drink and traditional snacks ;
* FREE local phone calls ;
* FREE heating during the winter and air fan during the
summer ;
* FREE towels and bed linen ;
* FREE hot showers ;
* FREE luggage storage ;
* All taxes included in the price ;
* The price includes all utility costs (water/electricity), bed
linen, towels and final clean-up ;

* Air conditioned ( in 3 of our rooms)

* Airport pick up service arranged upon request 2 days prior
to arrival for the cost of 35 Euro per car ;
* Agreements with restaurants, scooter and car rental, tour
companies... ;
