About Rooms Laura

Our property Rooms Laura is located only 2 min from Diocletian palace in a peaceful area. Recommended for young people under 35 years old who want peaceful and secure accomodation. Property is around 100m2 and contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms and terrace with BBQ.

Check-in at the property is from 11am. Check-out is at 10am. When checking-in, you will receive room keys, the keys from the main entrance door, clean linen and towels. Fridge is available on request. Laundry machine on request for additional cost.
Luggage can be left until departure ina safe area.

Please note that our double room has a private bathroom but it is outside of the room.However, it is not shared with other customers.
Our twin room with shared bathroom can also accommodate a family of 3 people as there is one double and one single bed. If you book this room and bring the third person, you will need to pay additional 50 HRK for the third person per night. Please notify us about the 3rd person before arrival.

For guests who stay more nights we can exchange linen and towels. House lady stays in the property at all times. You will need a passport to check-in.

No parking space as we are in the center of town Split. We look forward to meeting you at Rooms Laura.

***In the case of a no show we are entitled to charge a fee equivalent of the cost of the guest's first nights stay from the guests credit card details.
