We offer luxury private apartments and dorms in 4 different houses in the centre of the best European hot mineral water spa resort, Karlovy Vary

It has 10 independent studios, apartments and flats in the centre of Karlovy Vary (5-10 minutes walking distance from the spa-zone). There is also city-bus stop just 50 metres away.

THE LOW-COSTS DORMITORY: it seems bed+WC+shower (for 100 crowns also kitchenette)!

STUDIOS have 1 room with kitchenette, WC and bathroom, APARTMENTS have 1 bedsit with doublebed or 2 singlebeds with doublebedsofa, WC, bathroom and kitchen, FLATS have 2 bedsits with 2 doublebeds and 2 doublebedsofas, WC, bathroom and kitchen. Apartments are equipped with video or CD player, DVD or DVD Home Cinema 5.1. Kitchens are equipped by el. stove, oven or microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge. Apartments and flats have also washers.
Beside that there are:

* Local shops and supermarkets nearby

Our guests have their own privacy, but they can contact us any time and even in case of late arrivals or any emergency when we are not at home (there is also an answering machine). In the case we are not at home it is possible check-in itself, without us. Each apartment has own Masterlock with code opening (instructions: holiday.remember.to)
Studios have their own intercom phone connection to us and wifi
Car parking:
We have safe parking in 3 garages (small costs 100 crowns, bigger costs 120 crowns) or in the back yard (free of charge). Due to limited parking places we recommend you reserve in advance.
