The Double Executive room and the Single Executive room can form a family suite as they are next to each other and have their own private bathroom.

We offer discount on stays longer than a week. High quality rooms, many en-suite, make this guesthouse the ideal place to stay for the discerning independent traveller. We are located within 5-10 minutes walk of the centre of Bath, and from the bus and train stations. We are very close to the National Cycle Network Route number 4 and can provide secure storage for your bicycles overnight.

The price includes healthy continental breakfast served in the room. The has been completely refurbished in March 2008.

We can help you plan your schedule and book visits to tourist attractions. We can arrange discounts on some attractions including the Roman Baths and the new Thermal Spa. We provide free towels for the Spa, saving of £3.50 per person at the Spa.

Please note the premises are completely non-smoking. Anyone found smoking at the property will be asked to leave and pay for re-decorating of the room.
