About LSE Bankside House

Bankside House is situated in the city centre opposite Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. From here it is just a short walk to Covent Garden and the West End, the Tower of London, St. Paul's Cathedral, the London Eye and many of London's other attractions.

Locally you will find old inns and pubs, London's top nightclub - 'The Ministry of Sound' and restaurants, coffee shops and cafe to suit all tastes. Staying here will mean that you are always close to the many sights that make London famous.

All bedrooms have their own telephones, hospitality tray and are serviced daily (we supply the linen and towels).

On the lower ground floor you will find the bar, games room and television lounge, along with a coin operated launderette and ironing room.

The ground floor restaurant is open every morning serving both full English and continental breakfast (breakfast is inclusive for all Hostelworld guests). It is also open every evening offering cheap home-cooked meals.
