YHA policy states that customers under 14 years of age are not permitted to stay in shared dormitories, and those under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is aged 18 years or older. YHA strongly recommends that customers wishing to bring children under the age of 18 reserve a private room and do not stay in shared dormitories.
