The apartment is located in the 11th district of Paris within easy reach of all the city's major attractions.

Place de la Bastille and the New Opera theatre are close by.
The Marina is also near which spreads from the River Seine to the Place de la Bastille. The Palais Omnisport Paris-Bercy hosts many spectacular events including concerts and sports fixtures.

Feel at home in 54 square meters on the ground floor overlooking a paved courtyard with evergreens and flowers.
Formerly a cabinet-maker's workshop (there were numerous in the district) and now transformed into a nice and colourful apartment with living room and bedroom. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people in 1 double bed an 1 sofa bed. There is cable TV and fast internet access. Linen and towels are provided.

Check in and Key Pick-Up : We acknowledge every booking by e-mail (be sure to give a valid e-mail address). We will meet you in the apartment on the specified arrival time (normal time is from 2.00 to 8.00 P.M, later arrival will be overcharged 25 E)
Arriving on time is the only way to get your keys (don't under-estimate time spent in customs and transport).
Security deposit when picking up keys: 300 E
Check Out :From 9.00 to 12.00 A.M at your apartment for inventory and deposit refund.
Cancellation:if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours from the arrival date, we will charge the first night's accommodation cost.
A special insurance policy can cover your personal liability, cancellation and curtailment.
