About Chimaysaberlin B&B

2 renovated furnished rooms available on B&B basis at a privately owned apartment. As of Sept.1, 2007, all the rooms are now renovated with terra-cotta colored carpets. Photos will be published soon.

One room has a Futon single bed which can accommodate 1 person, the other room has a double bed which can accommodate 2 persons. The bathroom is shared with the owner.

A coffee and tea machine is available in the kitchen for guests and Continental breakfast (bread, jam, butter, coffee or tea) is included. For other meals, numerous restaurants and places to eat can be found along the street where the apartment is located.

The apartment's location is in the center of town, close to Schloss Charlottenburg, 10 mins. by Bus 109 to Tegel Airport , or M45 to Zoologischer Garten, and 10 mins. to ICC, International Congress Centrum or Olympia Stadium with the underground station. Kurfuerstendamm, Museum Berggruen, Checkpoint Charlie, and all the sights are easily reached by underground trains and buses. M45 travels throughout the day and night.

All are welcome to our low price accommodation and we look forward to your stay with us.

If you are booking last-minute, a day or a few hours before arriving, please always call up the house or mobile number to let us know, specially during weekends. I will be happy to accommodate you, if you would let me know in advance.

Please note this is a Non-Smoking flat. Bed linens are included but towels are not, please bring your own. There is a lift or elevator in the building, the washer is not for public use. A laundrymat or wash salon can be found 5 mins. away.

Check-out is always at 08:30 am the latest. Check-in is always at 15.30h.
