The complex consists of consists of 12 comfortable and nicely arranged studios, 3 regular and 7 deluxe apartments, built on the principles of traditional architecture.

This hotel is situated in the south-west part of Naxos Island, 17 km from the town centre (Chora) in Kastraki. There are unlimited beaches which are possibly the most enchanting in the Mediterranean.

- Studios are 3 pax and regular apartments are 4 pax and consist of 1 bedroom and 1 living room.
- De Lux apartments, or maisonettes, are 4 pax and consist of 1 bedroom and 1 living room.
- There are also 3 De Lux 5 pax apartments which consist of 2 bedrooms and 1 living room.

All rooms have private verandas, air conditioning, telephones, colour TVs and hairdryers.
