Things to do in the area, first walk around and get a taste of what this colonial city is: See the churches (there are many), parks, museums, coffee farms, macadamia farms, markets, jade stores, and if you feel adventurous hike the volcano, in Guatemala we have 33 volcano, and 4 of the most beautiful volcano are surrounding La Antigua Guatemala, go and visit the Lago Atitlan and many other towns.
