ROOM TYPES
We have the most variety of rooms. And they complied with government regulations on fire safety and building safety. As we see that almost guest rooms in Hong Kong are too small with tiny beds. We especially design spacious rooms with king size beds. We possess all the merits of other hostels, and at the same time, we guarantee an absolutely silent and new environment in every room we have. The partial rooms are designed according to the level of a 3-4 star hotel. Both the room and the size of the bed in our hostel is the largest among all hostels in Hong Kong. Perfect for all kind of customers, whether you are travel group, individual travelers, budget travelers or backpackers.

Our rooms are categorized into three classes: Budget, Standard and Luxury. Because the site only can reserve one type in each type rooms, we show for online booking only for our basic one. For example: If you reserve a Twin Private En-suite, you will have our Twin - Budget. Customers who booked rooms from this website are given the privilege to upgrade their rooms up to 10% discount off if other classes of rooms are available. Customers can fully exercise their right to decide between staying in the same booked room or upgrade! Extra facilities and service are charged upon request. If you need upgrade the rooms, please request it by email to make the change.

We have three types of triple room.
1. One double bed and one single bed.

2. Only the luxury type have two KING-SIZE beds.

ROOM FACILITIES & SERVICE
We have free local direct-line telephone, IDD, color televisionl, cable and satellite television, individually controlled air-conditioning, mini refrigerator, hairdryers, new 3-4 star hotel bed sheet and bath towel, bath tub, bath liquid. There is a washing machine, 24 hours hot water for shower .

We offer various services: Free wake up service and food call; Free information; Tour guide; VISA express service; Money Exchange; Scanner, Card reader, CD copy service provide; Copy and fax service are also available. If that wasn't enough for you, kids stay free!

The most significant features of our rooms are Big, Clean and Windows. The rooms are spacious to allow free and comfortable moves. They are kept clean and dustless to ensure a healthy environment during your stay. Most rooms are equipped with large windows for a beautiful view at the Victoria Harbour and Nathan Road. Our staffs clean all rooms every day, rooms are spotlessly clean. For the common bathrooms, the staff clean them nearly every an hour! All staff can speak fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese language.


SECURITY
Guest is provided with personal digital access key tag. To ensure highest security to our customers, entrances and every aisle in our hostel are equipped with 24 hours video surveillance system.

In our building, groups of security guards team with uniform are patrolling 24 Hours every day.

Security check is performing every night at the entrance of the building's basement. If you come back late after mid-night, you need to fill in a form or show your passport, or ID card or hotel staying certificate to our security guards of the building.

Please select your 'arrival time' very carefully before confirming the booking. When filling in the arrival time to the hostel, please add 40 minutes if coming by train or 1 hour if coming by A21 airport bus to the estimated flight arrival time. And if you arrival at 11:00PM, please select 23:00 not 11:00. Please understand that the hostels have to allocate late check-out, early check-in, walk-in customers every day, the confirmed 'arrival time' help you and all guests to have the best arrangement.

A comment (at July 10th) quoted from one of the hostel in Hong Kong. The comment may give you a clearer picture of how Chungking Mansion is like. (We are only located in Mirador Mansion.)


'I was not only disappointed with this accomadation, but was shocked at how filthy it was. It was not fit for rats. Worse thing of all is, i paid for it in full before seeing the room, then out of disgust at the poor quality of accomadation and fear of the Pakistani drug lords and prostitutes hanging around the foyer and outside the building, i left with my luggage and went to an expensive hotel just to get away from it all, and was not reimbursed by the operator of hostel. The rooms are NOTHING like what is shown in the photos, i honestly would not let a stray dog sleep in the beds, i dont think even rodents could survive in such a place, and i urge any westerner considering to stay here to quickly change their mind and avoid the danger of even having to enter the premises. It is worse than a jail! Oh, and btw, also managed to witness a man beating a women in a horrific display of aggression at around 2am, INSIDE the complex, with the so called security just watching, till the ambulance arrived to clean up the bloody mess from head! STAY AWAY FROM XXX`S HOSTEL!!!' by Steven from Australia.
