About Guesthouse Gibizer

Our guesthouse is located in Zamardi on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, one of the most beautiful regions of Hungary. Zamardi is located just 6 kilometres from the summer capital of Siofok and is a small and friendly tourist village.

Stay in our modern, attractive terraced guesthouse on the edge of more than 3500 metres of sunny, free-access beach. The house includes two elegantly furnished floors and a room in the loft and offers accommodation for 6-8 persons from May to September.

On the ground floor you will find a living room (with 2 beds ), a fully furnished kitchen (with gas cooker, refrigerator, kitchen sink, coffee machine, cutlery etc.), a dining corner and a bathroom (with bath-tub and toilet). In the living room there is a colour TV (cable and satellite programmes available).

A covered terrace opening from the living room is furnished with garden furniture. On the first floor there are two double-bedded rooms (one of them with a view of the Lake and another terrace furnished with sunshade and garden furniture). The rooms each have ensuite shower and toilet. In the loft there is a two-bedded room. A 200 square metre garden surrounds the guest house and there is ample parking

If it is required, breakfast, half-board or full-board catering can be ordered from Restaurant Admiralis only 200 metres from the house. In the surrounding area (within 500 metres) you can find a pizzeria, pub, buffet and cafe shop selling ice cream. There is also a grocery shop, gift shop, newsagents, public telephone box and a travel agency dealing with the exchange of money and organization of sightseeing.

On Lake Balaton, only 100 metres away, there is a harbour for sailing boats and a shop to rent surf boards or water-bikes. Other recreational amenities in the area include a tennis court, play ground, small open-air stage (music pavilion), indoor swimming pool, sauna and mini golf.
