An eco farm offering guests accomodation in Spice garden Cottages with a Veranda overlooking the plantation.This is located in a small village away from the usual tourist trail but easily connected with main places of interest. Clean and comfortable rooms with veranda are offered in cottages built in traditional style, using local and recycled doors and windows. Rooms have fan, mosquito net(mosquitos not a menace), western toilet and shower. Toilet paper, soap &towels are provided in the rooms

There is also a common area in two levels (semi open type construction ) with a small pantry and toilet close by is also there .A small library is located here. Food is served here and is also possible to dine outside

In Southern India in the south central part of the Kerala State at Kadalikad next to the road linking Muvattupuzha to Thodupuzha .The farm is situated 14kms east of Muvattupuzha and 6kms west of Thodupuzha.The farm is 150 meters west of Kadalikad bus stop (in the direction of Muvattupuzha)
