SO WE CAN SEND SOMEBODY TO WELCOME YOU IN THE APARTMENT YOU BOOKED.**City Center Apartments - Amsterdam offers new and modern apartments in the center of Amsterdam for groups or families who want to enjoy the comforts of modern living while on vacation in Amsterdam.All of our apartments have:- kitchen with fridge and dishwasher- living area- dining area- private toilet and bath (with bathtub)- cable TV- washing machine with dryerCANCELLATIONS1. Cancellations should be made via FAX or email , 5 days before the reserved dates.2. After 5 days, an amount equivalent to 1 night stay will be charged.3. Cancellations on or within 2 days before the reserved dates will be charged the full amount of the total bill.BOOKING MODIFICATIONChange of booking date shall be honored at least 5 DAYS before the reserved dates and is subject to availability of accommodations. After 5 days, our cancellation policies apply.Guests may request for the modification of the quoted rate in case 1 or 2 of their companions backed out. Price reduction will be based on our current quoted rate. This type of modification is applicable only for reservations within the 'LOW SEASON' period (December to February).NO-SHOWGuests will be charged the full amount of their total bill after they fail to show-up on their date of arrival. TAXThe 5% city tax is payable to us directly on arrival.
