In July 2008, Qunci will launch it is Premier Qunci Pool Villas Hotel.
Located just 100 meters down the beach from the existing hotel and facing
directly at Bali's Mount Gunung Agung, Qunci Pool Villas will incorporate
similar designs and esthetic approaches to the existing hotel with 3
significant differences:

- The Ocean View rooms will be slightly larger in size;
- The Oceanfront overflow pool will be 30 meters in length;
- Qunci Pool Villas will also offer 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom units with
private swimming pools.


The Qunci Pool Villas complex will be comprised of 18 Ocean View units,
and 5 (five) 1-Bedroom and 1 (one) 2-Bedroom units each with their own
private pools. Additionally, Qunci Pool Villas will open its Qamboja Spa
with a wide range of theurapeutic treatments, Qul-qul Gallery featuring
Archipelago art and traditional cloths, a Guest Pavillion Business
center, a 48 seat Asian-cuisine Restaurant with separate Bar area, and a
lounge beach deck for relaxing with a special drink and snack menu.

Breakfast is included.
Addititionally, during the high season there is a nightly surcharge of US$
20/Night for the Ocean View rooms and $50/night for the Pool Villas. The
high season period runs from 15 July - 15 September and 20 December - 10
January.
