We offer both Bed & Breakfast accommodation and body treatment facilities in our guesthouse in St. Mullins, in the heart of beautiful and picturesque Ireland.It is located about 30 km from Kilkenny.

Historic St. Mullins, Mulvarra House lies by the banks of the River Barrow, between Co Carlow and Co Kilkenny. This is an ideal area for fishing, canoeing and walking. While you are here you can relax in our rooms with private balconies which offer beautiful views of the River Barrow, running between Brandon Hill and the Blackstairs Mountains.

Why not try our delicious and imaginative home cooking? Noreen & Family use whenever possible, locally grown fresh organic herbs and produce. A warm welcome awaits you at Mulvarra House. We have breathtaking views set in the heart of the South East of Ireland.

We have a luxurious guest sitting room to relax in which includes a wide selection of books, board games, television, video and DVD. Mulvarra House is set on 2 acres of mature gardens which can be taken in along with local walks along the tow path to Graiguenamanagh. This is an Ideal location for touring the South East of Ireland. We also offer free safe and secure parking.
