About PLP Guesthouse

Operating in the city for the past ten years we offer beautiful rooms at budget prices ideal for travelers and students. Our guest house is located in a calm and safe residential area only four blocks from the historical center. We are also only a ten minute bus ride from the Duomo Cathedral with several buses running every couple of minutes.

We require a minimum stay of two nights

We offer big rooms which are full of light and have very high ceilings. A combination of accommodation is offered in six rooms and we offer two shower/bathrooms, laundry facilities and a kitchen which guests can use to prepare their breakfast, lunch and dinner if they want.

Guests also have their own keys to come and go at their please and there is no curfew. Our guests can enjoy Florence feeling like they have their own house here. All that we do require is a respectful use of any common facility and quiet at night.
