With 50 years of experience whole-heartedly catering for tourists from all parts of the world, we at Locanda Daniel will be happy to offer you all of our experience and hospitality in our 5 bedrooms (singles, doubles, triples and quadruples, all of which are well looked after, comfortable and full of character). Our service provides: double windows; air-conditioning; PC with free internet 24/7; internet connection for laptops in rooms; security control; supportive and comfortable mattresses; baggage deposit; 24-hour check-in using codes; and free bookings for museums, tours and anything else that you might need.

We boast two spotless bathrooms, complete with showers, that are at your disposal, while in each bedroom you will find: a sink, mirror, towels, hairdryer and soap.

In the Common Room you will also find a small kitchen area equipped with a fridge, microwave and kettle, while you can relax on our balcony admiring one of the most fascinating attractions that Florence has to offer: the view. Why not sip a glass of Chianti or a cup of green tea while gazing out at the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, with Brunelleschi's Dome and Giotto's Campanile, which dominate the Florentine skyline, in all their splendour?

You can also enjoy this view in private from the French windows of Bedroom 5. Just enquire on booking and, if the room is free, we will be happy to accomodate for you, providing an unforgettable romantic stay.

At Locanda Daniel you can forget the stress of cars or buses because all the important parts of the city, such as the Fort Basso exhibitional centre, the central station Santa Maria Novella, the 3 bus stations with services out of the city (Sita, Lazzi and Cap) and the Palace of Congress are just a stone's throw away. We are in a perfect position to visit all the attractions, such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Accadamia Gallery, Piazza della Signoria, Piazza della Repubblica, Ponte Vecchio, the Pitti Palace etc., which are all less than a 15 minutes leisurely stroll away.

For those of you who love walking and gentle hikes, Piazzale Michelangelo (from which you can admire Florence in all its beauty with a backdrop of hilly landscape) is just half an hour away; for all others the city buses 12 and 13 leave from nearby, outside the central station.
