About Residence S.Niccolo

The Aparthotel Residence San Niccolo is located in a glamorous 19th century mansion, recently refurbished, on the Lungarno riverside in front of Piazzale Michelangelo. Signoria Square, the Uffizi Museum and more are all in the nearby.

It is just a short walk away from the heart of art and culture and at the same time it is close to the avenues which are the main link-up roads in town.


Our apartments are 1 and 2 bedroom studios located on three floors, some overlooking the Arno riverside, some other overlooking the typical red roofs and towers of the town.

Each apartment has a cooking corner (electric kitchenette) with full cooking equipment and fridge, living area/room, bathroom with shower.

All apartments are provided with telephone, television, video-house phone, air conditioning and private heating.
