One World Apartments is located a few minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station, few meters from the Arno River.

Please note that the office for the check in is open Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 17:00;; if you arrive after this time or during the week end please contact the property after your booking in order to organize your check in.
Check in is due from 2 pm to 5 pm.
customers that are willing to check in after the office hour should inform us at least two working days prior to the date of check in. 30 E extra fee will be applied for late check in. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price. An extra fee of 10 E per person will be charged on duty upon arrival. This service is not mandatory. MANDATORY FEES: energy surcharge Euro 5,00 per person per night, resort fee Euro 10,00 per person per night, final cleaning Euro 50,00 per stay per apartment.
