Old Farm-House of 1700 , in the historical center of Forio, offers double rooms faced a garden of spices, citrus plantations and banana-trees.
The rooms, with double bed, are furnished of bathrooms, bed-linen, bar fridge, coffee pot and tea-pot, heating and ventilation, colonial furnishing of the nineteenth-century. It is possible kitchen in common in the pavillon of the garden.

From the Farm-House , in a short time, it is possible to get to:
·The port for Naples and for the islands of Procida, Capri, Ponza and Ventotene.
·The bus stop and taxi for the others villages of Ischia.
·The main beaches of Forio ( Cava 400 mt, Cetara, the Thermal Gardens of Poseidon, Chiaia, Saint Francesco)
