Bernina Hotel is located in front of Milan central railway station which is the heart of the business district and the crossroads of the economic life of the province of Lombardy.

The Reception is open 24 hours a day to satisfly all your requirements.The Breakfast is served from 7.00 to 10.00 and the bar is open 24 hours

The hall of the hotel is noted for its warm atmosphere in which customer satisfation is the prime factor. There are on-going exhibitions of contemporary artists, an Internet corner with dedicated ADSL lines or Wi-Fi at the disposal of customers.

We accept cancellations or ammendments without penalty up to 6 days before arrival date (local time) - The accepatnce of ammendments requests is subjected to our availability and may imply a rate increase.
For all cancellations or ammendments (stay reduction or anticipated departures are intended as ammendments also) after such time limit (even afeter arrival) you agree to pay a first night penalty (for each room booked).
In case of eventual 'no-show' you agree to pay a first night penalty (for each room booked).

Guarantee Procedure
The hotel management will verify the validity of the card and that the penalty for delayed cancellation or 'no show' can be covered 15 days before arrival date (that's a hold of the guarantee amount on your card which comes released after you have settled the bill). If the above verification will not be successful, the booking will be considered valid untill 15:00 o'clock of the arrival date. So please make sure your card will have the guarantee amount available on the day before your arrival.
