In Palermo we have two Bed & Breakfast facilities which are located in historical buildings. They both are in the city centre, near the port, the central railway station, and the bus station. Our central location will allow you to easily reach the most fashionable palermitan pubs and restaurants on foot as well as several interesting artistic sites such as old churches, norman and arabian monuments, and the colourful and folkloristic markets which make Palermo a famous city all over the world.

The "A casa di amici" Bed & Breakfast offer the possibility of staying in comfortable dormitories or in private rooms.
Our flats, totally renovated and carefully furnished with ethnic style pieces, are extremely comfortable.
The rooms are relaxing, spacious and clean, and all differently furnished, thus to make each one unique.

The relaxation room, with vaulted ceiling, is the place where guests can meet, relax, read a book, watch TV and play different instruments such as guitars, drums and so on.

A rich breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 8.30 am to 10.00 am. You can also use our comfortable and well equipped kitchen where you can cook your favourite dishes.

The reception is located in Via Volturno n�6 and it is organized according to the arrival time our guests indicate on making their reservation. We kindly ask you to inform us of any changes in your arrival time by writing an e-mail or phone us.

After registration we will hand your keys over to you, so you can feel at home away from home.

The point of strength of "A casa di amici" is Claudia and Santo Vitale's artistic drive. You will be able to visit our permanent exhibitions of paintings and take part in music workshops.

The artistic godfather Santo Vitale offers an extraordinary opportunity to all those who love music and folk tradition. He is a skilled musician and he is President of the Associazione Culturale Accademia "La Bottega delle Percussioni" which is located in Palermo, he propose campus about Cajon and Tamburello siciliano which have place all on alternate weeks from Tusday to Sunday.

The workshop is open both to beginners and to experts, they last 30 hours (five hours per 6 six days) : two hours of workshop, one hour of psychological and energy re-balancing, two hours of technique . During the workshop each participant can create his/her hand made instrument and keep it at the end of the course (if you desire, we can arrange for transportation).

You will experience an artistic journey which will lead you to play an instrument which you yourselves have created.
