The GARDEN HOUSE apartments are located in the sutnning pedestrian zone of the central located Via Principe di Belmonte that is officially recognized as the most prestigious,fashionable and aimed area of Palermo...as known the zone where the apartments stands is surrounded by the most popular and typical restaurants and cafes of Palermo also it is 2 minutes walking distance from the Castelnuovo Square(centre of Palermo,here stands the popular thatre 'Politeama') and 3 minutes walking distance from the Theatre Massimo Square(the heart of the Palermo's historical centre).The apartments has been decorated and furnished with good taste and refinement, in order to offer a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Everything will ensure the best comfort to our guests in order to make their stay unforgettable!

In the price are included BREAKFAST (a big basket for each room with all necessary for abundant breakfast),start and end period cleanings, expenses for light, water and gas, linen and blanket for bed, linen for bath,internet access.
The comfortable interiors include antiques, a modern kitchen and the charming wooden bookshelves surrounding the spacious living room with rare books, some of which are in English. The sophisticated living room the beautiful double bedroom, the fully equipped kitchen , and the large bathroom with tub, make this accomodation comfortable.

The walls and the closets have been painted in pastel colours with methods and treatments that remember the antiques ones. The floor is in "cotto" (typical of ancient Rome). All the tapestries have been made in coordinate draperies in order to make an elegant and pleasant habitat.

'I really enjoyed staying at the suite during my holidays in Palermo . The location is superb. It offers easy access to the historical center (walking distance to all sights) but at the same time it is situated in a green quiet area full of cafes and restaurants. I particularly appreciated the fact that it is located right near the bus stop from which it takes only 10-15 minutes to the beach of Mondello . In addition, all the main shopping areas via Roma, via della Liberta, etc. are only steps away.
I found everything I needed during my stay and having a massive collection of interesting books was a bonus. I would also like to point out the neighbors and the owners of the flat are very nice and friendly and were able to help me with various requests on many occasions. I would gladly recommend the flat for stay in Palermo .'
