After dinner, enjoy a drink with new international friends over the sunset or a game of table-tennis. In green Umbria Part of the Natural Park of Lake Trasimeno "The Isle of Polvese" this place in which, nature, culture and history provide a harmonious background for new technologies, is an ideal location for exploring hypothesis for new social and environmental equilibrium within will improve the quality of life. Is here the ancient farm of the Conte Citterio completely restored with a beautiful view of the lake is today, one of the first environmentally friendly farms in Italy. In fact the hostel makes use of an advanced water purification system, energy saving by means of solar panels, the use of rain water, and the separation and recycling of refuse. with interesting scientific and didactic research projects. The "Fattoria" as double rooms with services and mini apartments fitted with a kitchen. There is a friendly, family atmosphere and particular care is taken in the kitchen to ensure the food is typical of the region, where possible home grown organic vegetables, herbs and fruit house made are used. This makes the hostel an ideal place for those who love the tranquillity of life in the open air. It is also a good starting point for those who wish to visit all the places of interest between Umbria and Tuscany.
