Located on a panoramic site, upon the sunny hills of beautiful city of Perugia, just 5 kilometres from the town centre.
The independent apartment is situated on the ground floor and is composed of a large double room with a double bed and two single beds, a bathroom and a lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa- bed and SAT TV.
Le Terrazze opens out to the garden where there is an arcade, a playground area for children and a barbecue area for eating outside or for relaxing. Car-parking inside the estate. At guest's disposal bikes with which you can cicle through the woodlands.

You can stay in a double room with a private bathroom and with independent entrance too.
