Des Artistes has an annexe part of the building where some doubles and triple private rooms with shared bathroom are located. So if you book a room for two or three people with shared outside bathroom, it will be located either in Via Villafranca, Via Palestro or Via Sapri, at max. 300 metres from the reception area in Via Villafranca.

Cancellation policy:
You should give us 3 full days notice before arrival of your cancellation by email or fax. Failing to do so will result in a one-night charge on your card. No modifications can be made without charge after the 3 full days prior arrival cancellation deadline. We don't accept phone cancellations.
Valid credit card details are required to guarantee your booking.
