About Scipioni Studio

This small self-catering, elegantly furnished studio can accommodate up to 4 persons and it comprises of one large bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 single sofa bed) with a TV LCD/Satellite with international and national channels, air conditioning. There is also a big bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

The studio-flat is independently located on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a 19th century building with a street view that is just 100 metres from St. Peter's-Vatican Museums, and 50 metres from the metro station 'Ottaviano-San Pietro'.

The flat has recently been renovated and has a private heating system that gives hot water 24 hours a day. Everything (gas, electricity, cleaning etc.) is included in the price. There are no other additional costs.

We will be delighted to suggest ways on how to spend an unforgettable holiday in the Eternal City.

We organize airport pick-up and tours in Rome and surroundings (ask to the owners for more information).

- Check in time must be arranged directly with the owners at least 24 hours before your arrival;
- Upon your arrival payment is by cash only.
