If you want to stay in a guesthouse near Rome with every comfort, but you also want a home, with silence, private parking and privacy, we can offer you all this. We offer you hospitality in a typical ancient casale, situated in the north of the Roman country, close Via Cassia.

It is a large guesthouse with a big kitchen with fireplace. A big living-room has open windows looking out on to the park.

For guests there are:

1 indipendent flat, 35 mq, 2 double beds, american kithcen, bathroom with shower, private garden, fireplace, air conditioning,TV

1 indipendent flat, 2 bedrooms, 50 mq, 2 double bed, bathroom with tub, american kithcen, large garden

room with private bathroom. If you prefer, we can offer 2 independent flats with 2-4-beds with a fireplace, private kitchen and garden.

You can enjoy a real relaxing holiday as we have TVs, music systems, light or typical food on offer and we can even offer our guests massages.

We are Children Friendly (if you have any!), and we could look after them if you want to visit museums and churches. We want to turn our casale into your home.

A nice private sporting club with swimming pool and palestra is just five minutes away by car driving (4.5 km). The train station is 15 minutes walk away (2.5 km). If you don't fancy walking you can always take the bus;but usually the owners offer you a free transport service by car. Trains to Rome leave every 15 minutes.The last train comes from Rome at 10.50 pm.

Downtown is 20km away, and it takes 30 minutes by car or train to reach St .Peter's or Piazza del Popolo. We could even spend some hours with you, if you need a guide. You can also visit some archaeological sites (Cerveteri, Isola farnese, Sutri) or the medieval town of Viterbo with the famous Terme dei Papi.

We are close to some delicious lakes (Bracciano, Trevignano, Martignano) and to get to the beach it takes 30 minutes by car. You will enjoy your staying in Italy for culture, landscape and history.
