Maian b&b is located in the Esquilino hill, just 2 minutes walk from the Termini central railway station and the most important archeologic sites.
the window offer a wiew onto Manfredo Fanti square just in front of the Acquario Romano.
In designing the B&B has a very warm appearance characterized by wooden floors, modern furniture, fresh colours and contemporary art.
In S.M.Maggiore two minute walk from Maian you will find Irish pub and good restaurant.
the breakfast is self service 24 h

Twin bed private external bathroom.

To ensure freedom to the visitors we provide them with a set of keys to the room and maian entrance.
