Our apartment Simpatia Room is situated in the zone Pietralata Tiburtina, in an university area, well-connected with the centre, only few minutes by metro that goes directly to colosseum, in the private street with huge courtyard which permits you to spend your holidays peacefully and calmly. Well-maintained in all details, with all services impeccable. It is easy to reach the apartment with the public transport after midnight as well.
Our structure is composed of 3 huge double rooms with private bathrooms(possible 1 more bed), which are furnished with all comfort including television, bed spread,(inside there is the kitchen and in front of there is a cheap supermarket). It is the best way to enrich your stay in Rome. The atmosphere waiting for you is friendly and pleasant.

Moreover, all our guests are provided with both, front-door and apartment keys so that it would be possible to have total independence of going out and coming back, especially for those planning to return late.
