About L'Acquedotto

For anyone looking for a comfortable and cheap room well connected with the heart of Rome, L'Acquedotto's B&B is the perfect place; staying in our guesthouse, you can reach in only 20 minutes (by tram ride 'Roma-Pantano'; train every 5 min.) the Termini Station and from here discovery Rome and his wonderful monuments.

The flat (second floor with lift) has been completely newly renovated; there are only two comfortable rooms equipped with colour television, mirror, desk, bed linen and conditioned air. The sharing bathroom is well equipped with bathroom linen, a large shower, hairdryer, heated towels and soap.

In our B&B guests are free to come and go at any hour, get useful informations, maps, folders, and if need be, can ask advice for the nearest restaurants, pizzerie, shops, bus, post-office, bank branch, etc

Rooms are daily cleaned .

It is possible:
- to add a third bed in twin room (extra cost 25 euro per day, to be paid on arrival)
- to change twin rooms to double rooms on request
- to book bedroom with private bathroom in the corridor (Twin Bed Private Ensuite)

Every morning (from 07:00 to 09:30) guesthouse's owners serve iItalian breakfast.

Cash payment to check-in; not credit card accepted.

Check-in Time: 11:00 morning.
Check-out Time: 10:00 morning.

Important:
you must inform the B&B on any change or delay by telephone before the agreed check in time.
