The complex is situated in the district of Parghelia, just 1 km from Tropea and with a splendid view of the Tyrrhenian coast and the Aeolian Islands.

The white sandy beach is only 500 m far and is bounded at one end by marvellous cliffs whilst on the other side stretches as far as the beach of Tropea, it is attainable by feet or by car, but the Hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the beach.

The hotel has 1 Suite and 22 rooms, located in two structures, one of which is in front of the swimming-pool.
