Our apartment is only 2 minutes walk from Saint Marks square in the heart of Venice and close to the most important tourist attractions.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a traditional Venetian building. It contains one double rooms, a living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

There is also air conditioning throughout the apartment and a small but beautifully designed and very peaceful garden out the back, perfect for sitting with a glass of wine in the evenings and watching the world go by.

However the location is the main reason to choose this apartments, Site, shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance of us.

Note: Check in will be done at Hotel Antico Capon, Dorsoduro 3004/b, near Campo Santa Margherita.
