The simple, refined ground floor Ca' Lucia is located in the San Marco quarters, in the heart of Venice. It is just 10 minute far away from the famous square, and 100 metres away from Palazzo Grassi that was built in the '700' s and still is the base of important art-exhibitions.

Ca' Lucia can accomodate 4 people and has an independent entrance, living room, kitchen with divan-bed and television, one double room with exotic tapestry and a bathroom with shower and bath. Cleaning, water, electricity and independent heating are included in the price. Ca' Lucia is easily reachable from both Piazzale Roma and the Train Station using the n° 82 ferryboat (S.Samuele stop).
