Please note that the check-in office is in Santa Croce 555.

We are located in the historical centre of Venice. Rooms are completely restored and sunny.
Venice has a good service and fast connection with public bus from Marco Polo (Venice airport , about 30 minutes' trip) and Treviso (about 1 hour trip).
We kindly ask you to let us know your arrival time. We have private rooms. All rooms have private bathroom, inside the room or outside it on the same floor.
They have a basic furnishing with colour TV, refrigerator, fans and a heating system. We also supply linen and towels, changed every 3 days.

During the high season, a little self-service breakfast is available in your room.

Check-out is at 10 am and rooms are ready from 3pm.
Check-in before midnight. Please note that the check-in office is in Santa Croce 555.
