We are situated in Venice Mestre, in Calle del Sale, in the elegant and lively Piazza Ferretto, a bustling area both during the day and evenings, abounding in shops, boutiques, restaurants, pizzerias, theaters and cinemas, in the heart of Mestre's pedestrian zone, just 10 minutes from Venice (bus stop at only 100 meters), the bed & breakfast La Residenza welcomes guests in its intimate and elegant interiors, where every detail is attended to with great care.

The reception (8:00 am - 9:00 pm) and hall are the common facilities in which guests at the B&B La Residenza can access tourism information for their visits to Venice and Mestre, while the buffet style breakfast is served in the dedicated breakfast hall, accompanied by traditional Italian coffee: espresso coffee, cappuccino, etc.
Following their day's visits, guests are offered afternoon tea with typical Venetian biscuits.
Only 3 rooms featuring refined classic styled furnishings, with superior comforts comparable to those offered by bed & breakfasts and hotels in Mestre and Venice, providing guests with a unique experience at La Residenza.
The Deluxe, Superior and Classic rooms (for use as single, twin, double and triple rooms), all feature a minibar, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, and are provided with a courtesy beauty kit along with attractive bathrobes.
