About Ikoi-no-Ie Kyoto

A guesthouse in Kyoto with all rooms private, no smoking, in Japanese style like a ryokan. Newly opened in February 2007.
No curfew with good security
No matter how late you come back, you can open the front door with our PIN.
The door will then be automatically locked.

Dining room, kitchen facilities
You can use them for free, only if you do the washing-up by yourself.
You can meet other guests and our staff in this community area.

PC, Skype phone, in-room advanced telephone system
There are a PC for free of charge and a Skype phone, for common use.
Each guestroom is equipped with LAN and telephone. Your friends and family can
call us any time and be put through to your room by pressing your room number
with the push tone, and can also leave messages on the answering machine for
guests' common use, as well as you can dial out for our least profitable rates.

Washing machine
We do not have coin-operated washing machines, but you are welcome to use
ours for 100 yen / load.

We do not serve any meals, but there are cafes and restaurants where you can have Western or Japanese breakfast, lunch and dinner economically, all within
a few minute walk.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club International credit cards and J-Debit (on ATM cards issued by Japanese financial institutions).
