About Roman Theater Hotel

This familiarly middle-size hotel was renovated in 2007 and comfortable new furniture are waiting for the guest to give a friendly headquarter to make some sightseeing tours or trips to the main tourist attraction - Petra, the Dead Sea, Madaba, Jerash etc.

We can arrange tours both in Amman and its surroundings. The tours includes visiting the historical places of Jordan as well as sites off the beaten track, . With the help from a tourist consultant we will arrange both public and private transportation and help you communicating with the locals.

The Hotel is situated in the old part of Amman from where you can take nice walks in the surrounding area near the hotel: Spice Market, the Old Hussein Mosque and the Citadel. There are also some main bus stops near the hotel.

Every day in the morning you watch how the kitchen staff prepares your breakfast consisting of very tasty and delicious morning appetizers like Humus, Fool and Baba Ganoog.

Finally we also offer you daily short Arabic Language courses for one or two hours (it can be made while preparing the breakfast). During these two or three hours you will learn to communicate with the average Jordanian. For example, how to ask for the price at the Bazaar and how say and write your name in Arabic

The hotel consists of 2 floors and 18 rooms, most of the rooms is equipped with a TV and a satellite reciever, refrigerator, partly internal and partly common bathrooms and a central heating. There is hot water for 24 hours because the hotel has an environmental friendly solar heating system for it.

The restaurant is on the ground floor and serves traditional foods.

The hotel offers many services like Internet, trips to all of the touristic sites in Jordan and money exchange.
