About Lamu-Island Villa

Lamu-island Villa is a privately-owned three-bed roomed house in the paradise island of Lamu, on the Indian Ocean, off the coast of Kenya. Enjoy beautiful beaches and centuries-old Swahili culture!

The house is located between Lamu Town and Shela village, with a 1/4 acre secluded garden and just 200 m from the sea, in an extremely quiet area. Enjoy our three bedrooms, two terraces, living room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. The house can comfortably sleep six people.

Ben, the manager, will wait for you at the airport / bus-stop, and assist you in all your needs and desires (even the most incongruous) during your stay, while young George, the night watchman, will entertain you with local stories during your sun-downer or if sleep escapes you. Boat trip (sailing or motor boat), treks, city-tours, on-site Swahili cook, can be arranged on request. Gay/Lesbian-friendly. We look forward to seeing you here!
