Confirmed reservations will be held until 6.00pm on the day of arrival. In order to hold the room for late arrival (after 6.00pm), the individual or company must guarantee payment for the first night's room rate by credit card. Cancellation of guaranteed booking must be received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. In the event of "no-show", one night's room charge will be levied.

Effective from 16th April 2008, the I-Rooms from the 10th to the 12th Floor will be provided with complimentary internet facilities at the Business Centre from 9.00am to 5pm (except Sundays). If you are using your own laptops/notebook, we will provide complimentary Wi-Fi connection in the room.
