Villa Acacia is a residential complex consisting of four living units. Each living unit consists of two rooms, a large living/dining room, a kitchen fully equipped, a bathroom and a wc. There are enough spaces for parking up to four cars.

The villa is registered with the Tourism Authority under Reg no. 3442. and is insured against fire, flood and burglary. The insurance covers also third party liability.

The following facilities exist in the vicinity: supermarket, restaurants, scuba diving, car/moto/cycle rentals, casino, public transport, shopping centres.
