Villa don Julian is THE Guest House in Playa del Carmen.

Welcome to Villa don Julian Guest House !

Welcome in one of the cleanest place of Playa del Carmen at 5 mn from the beach and the 5th avenue (the most famous avenue) !

We speak fluently, english, spanish and french.

We propose you to have a nice trip in a very nice big house with terasse (and a small swiming pool) a nice living room with TV Cable, a computer with Internet for free and the WiFi, a kitchen on free access too.

We offer 3 kind of room :

The dorm : Nice new LUXURY dorm with just 7 beds, a big table to play cards or have diner and a TV with Cable and DVD.

2 Turtle rooms : Charming standard room for 1 or 2 persons with a bathroom to share with the other one Turtle room.

2 King Size rooms: For the most exigeant ! Very big bedroom with a relaxing area, an office, a BIG King Size bed and a PRIVATE BATHROOM.
This bedroom is for 1,2,3 or 4 persons.

If you want to have a breakfast service ask us when you're booking.

The localization is perfect, you be close to the beach (5mn Mamitas beach the most famous), in the center of Playa del Carmen 5 mn from the pedestrian touristic avenue, the 5th is called 'La Quinta'and close to a supermarket.

The ambiant in Villa don Julian is relax, very friendly, young and peacefull. Our guest are usually travellers, divers, student in spanish.

We propose excursions to visit the region, Scuba dive to visit the Caribean sea, Kite surf and Spanish class to discover deeper the Mexican culture.
