About Heart of the Medina backpackers hostel

Opened in March 2007, The Heart of the Medina hostel was the first ever dedicated backpackers hostel in Marrakech Medina.

Located just 1 minute from the Djemaa place, your right in the heart of the city!

During February 2008, the hostel experienced a large change to improve our guests experience and comfort...

During February 2008 we:

Introduced Larger beds, reducing the capacity and increasing comfort.

Installed new Hot water boilers

Introduced a cooked breakfast, included in the price.

Replaced the furnishings with new, superior quality.

Introduced key issues...every guest is now issued with their own room key.

During March and april, further improvements will be made:

Each guest will have their own lockable, secure deposit box.

Internet computer terminals will be installed.

Use of the Salon De The and our new soft drink cocktail bar at the Riad Rahba!

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 50% of whole reservation total amount will be charged to your credit or debit card.

Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date or no show without notice: 100% of whole reservation total will be charged to your credit or debit card.
