*** I wish we could have found New Pokhara Lodge & stayed here first in Pokhara. This is small, comfortable, quiet & nice place. The staffs are very friendly. The another good thing was that we felt no pressure from the staff to do anything, or to go through them for anything like trekking & sightseeing. We will recommend our friends. Thank you for everything. (Jack and Jacky, USA)
Great lodge, hot water, good service, smiling faces so nice to be away from the main road in the peace & quiet. Many thanks. (Caroline, UK)

*** It's now seven years ago since I first brought a trekking groups here to the New Pokhara Lodge, and I have been bringing groups ever since. I must say that it's probably one of the best hotels in its category in the whole region. The staff and the two brothers Jagan and Mahendra are always helpful, service is great and location is unbeatable. From over 400 people that I have brought here. I have never heard anything but praise for the place. Enjoy your stay. Mike Tandy (Group leader UK)
*** This is the third time we came here. We feel very welcome and it was very nice to stay at such a quite place. Thank you very much!!! Caroline & Niels (Holland)
*** I was so happy here that although I had planned to stay a fortnight I remained for nearly a month. It is good to know that the water and food are safe, with no fear of illness. I enjoyed the peace of the attractive garden and looked with wonder as from the roof I watched dawn light up the snows of the Annapurna Range and Machhapuchere. The staff are always friendly and attentive to our every need and the rooms comfortable and clean. Thank you for a wonderful time. I will recommend New Pokhara Lodge to my friends. New Pokhara Lodge is situated in the heart of Pokhara's largest Lake Fewa as well as one of the area's best gardens. Sufficiently set back from the main road to guarantee peace quite and privacy, there are just 16 rooms all with attached tiled toilets and 24 hours hot and cold running water. There is a sun terrace from where the mountains to the north or Lake Water to the south may be viewed and you can get a cold beer or a hot cup of coffee while you relax.
All the rooms have wall to wall carpeting and are tastefully decorated. They are all also with equipped with cable TV. Long distance phoning, fax and e-mail service are also available. Should we be hit by a sudden power cut, you won't be left in the dark! We have a generator on standby.
The lodge is a family run establishment and has a quite informal and unobtrusive service. If there is any thing you need whether its information or wanting to explore the valley, how to have your clothes laundered, where to eat, all you have to do is just ask one of the brothers, Mahendra or Jagannath, who run the hostel. One or other is sure to be around and happy to be of assistance in making your visit just that much more of a memorable experience.
Breakfast and lunch is served in the garden or on the sun terrace your choice and dinner is served in the dining hall. For during the winter months, we have got a marvellous fireplace.
