Please note : Nemo Accommodations it's not a Hotel !!!!! To guaranty your reservation your are require to contact me by phone or email to arrange the check in. There is no 24 hours service or reception !!! The total amount of your reservation you are due to pay cash on arrival plus we require a deposit of E 100,- ( or you can arrange the transfer to the Bank account, and the total amount should be 7 days before the date of arrival on the company account.
Please note : all apartments are located on the different floors of the house, the stairs are quite steep, therefore you will need to email to request if you need no stairs location. There are two different buildings, located differently to the CS. If you need to stay next to the Red Lights District - please request specially !
