Furthermore there are 4 different bars and halls that can all be hired for various kinds of parties for companies of 40 to 250 persons. Each of the halls has its own commodities and entrance. There is a music installation in each and in two of the halls there is optional live piano music. Caruso is suitable for all your (business) meetings, weddings, receptions, parties, family dinners and hot or cold buffets. If dinner is had in a large company the halls are even free of charge. In arrangement every kind of dinner is possible.

If you like going out for dinner in style, Caruso is the place to be. This restaurant/hotel was opened recently on the Zijlstraat 56, right in the centre of Haarlem. It is without exaggerating one of the most attractive restaurants in the whole region.

The main characteristics of the interior are cosy corners and much space between the tables so you are virtually unaware of the other guests having dinner at the neighbouring tables in the restaurant.

Owner Nino Orlandini had some of the best chefs come over from Italy to let them perform their arts here. Every evening there is live piano music enhancing the cosy and stylish atmosphere even more. Going out for Italian has become something special here.

The building, which was used to be the 'Stadscafe', has been thoroughly renovated without losing its former authenticity and beauty. The atmospheric lightning is great downstairs as well as upstairs on the balcony, which is full of quiet little corners too where the culinary fireworks can be enjoyed in a snug and intimate fashion. After dinner it is possible to have coffee or some digestive in the lounge bar behind the restaurant.
