About Martin's Guest House

Robb's is a small, friendly, family run Victorian terrace Villa it's ideally located for the city centre, being only a 20 minute walk to most of the major attractions such as Princes Street, the Castle and Royal Mile. There is also a frequent bus service, close to the guest house.

This family run house is pleasantly decorated, and has retained many of its original features and woodwork. The guest house has eight rooms, five of which are en-suite. Robb's has a unique Cottage at the rear of the guest house, sleeping a max of 4, perfect for family's. Also the Cottage has its own facilities, a twin bedroom, plus 2 futon style beds in the lounge area. All rooms at Robb's have colour TV, hospitality tray, wash hand basin, and central heating. Each morning your hosts Karen and Norman serve a full Scottish, Vegetarian or Continental breakfast fully complimentary.

Guest's to Robb's are spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out as there are many cafes, bistros and restaurants just 5 minutes of a walk away as well as the abundance of variety in the city centre.
