Glen House Apartments are just a short walk from Princes Street, Edinburgh's main shopping thoroughfare. Each apartment has a comfortable, home-from-home environment with modern furnishings and decor, and well equipped with electrical appliances. Each apartment has TV, CD player/radio, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are supplied for you.
The location of these four apartments is also close to the new financial centre, the International Conference Centre, the Usher Hall, King's and Lyceum theatres and the College of Art. The Castle is also within easy walking distance as is the Meadows Park and Bruntsfield Links.

There are a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and fast food shops in the immediate vicinity and buses run to all parts of the city from Lauriston Place and Lothian Road. Glen Street is a quiet street off Lauriston Place and has no through traffic. Glen House Apartments are situated on the edge of Edinburgh's World Heritage Site, so you can sightsee and shop all day, then visit Edinburgh's many restaurants, pubs and clubs in the evening. The busy Grassmarket, with a wide variety of nightlife is a five minute walk from the apartments.

In a private courtyard accessed from Glen Street by steps and a gate, this small block of four apartments is in a secluded location.Each apartment has a different layout so you can choose the one that suits you best. These apartments sleep 13 people in total so are ideal for a small group of friends or family. Taken individually these apartments are also great for couples or families. All four apartments have private facilities with a living space, kitchen, bathroom or shower room and bedroom(s). The living room has comfortable seating, TV and dining table. The open plan kitchens leading off the living areas have modern appliances and utensils. All apartments have electric heating with both radiators and instant fires.

Fairfax Apartment:
This apartment sleeps 4-5 people. The apartment has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is also an extra single bed in the living room, which doubles as an extra sofa. There is a galley style kitchen leading off the living room and off the hall there is a bathroom with over bath shower.

Darnley Apartment:
This apartment sleeps 2-4 people. There is one double bedroom and there are two extra single beds in the living room, one in an alcove which doubles as an extra sofa. There is also a futon style sofa. The open plan living room also has a small, but fully equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with over bath shower.

Gordon Apartment:
This studio apartment sleeps 2 people. There are clearly defined living and sleeping areas. The twin beds provided can be made as a king size on request. As the room also functions as a sitting room there is a comfortable seating area with TV and dining table. There is a galley kitchen and a shower room and toilet.

Elliot Apartment:
The Elliot sleeps 2 people in a bed room/sitting room. This room has with twin beds which can be made up as a kingsize on request. There is a comfortable seating area with TV. The kitchen is separate and has a dining table. there is also a shower room and toilet.

Laundry facilities are available from the nearby office, which is situated 100m from the apartment. A phone is available for all residence in the main entrance hall. Parking is available overnight on Glen Street and surrounding area, car parks and meters are available during the day. The Glen House Apartments are 2km from Waverley Station and Edinburgh Bus Station and the shops are a mere 100m away.
