St Albans Lodge reflects the hospitality and atmosphere of Edinburgh itself. Our elegant Victorian home was built in 1820. Located near to the City Centre and is well served by public transport, allowing you to explore Edinburgh easily with a comfortable base.

Our friendly family run guest house has eight letting bedrooms, some with private shower. We have a range of rooms from four poster bedrooms with en-suite facilities to our basic but comfortable rooms. All have TV and full central heating.

Large groups catered for with stag and hen parties accepted. Children welcome. Free on-street parking available. Continental breakfast available for all our guests.- optional extra. Free pick-up from bus or rail stations, subkect to availability

We are close to a good public transport system which runs to all parts of the city, allowing you to explore with ease. Edinburgh is a sight to behold with its stunning skyline and magnificent architecture. The city offers a range of historic attractions, including the Royal Mile, the Castle, Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament, not to mention various museums, galleries, theatres and shopping opportunities.

St Albans Lodge caters for both the business guest as also the traveller and private guests.

Guests can choose from double, single, twin or family rooms.
Our location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh and it's surrounding area. We arrange Highland tours to Lochness, Loch Lomond, Inverness & Stirling. Tours are run regularly 7 days a week and all year round. An early breakfast will be provided for those guests who have booked a tour with us. Tour prices include drop off to coach departure and pick up back to the guesthouse on your return in the evening.
